Ureditev nove poslovne cone za razvoj podjetništva in nova delovna mesta

Mestna občina Celje (MOC) je bila uspešna na razpisu Ministrstva za kohezijo in regionalni razvoj s projektom komunalne ureditve nove ekonomsko-poslovne cone (EPC) znotraj obstoječega gospodarskega območja ob Bežigrajski cesti. Pred dnevi je prejela sklep, da bo za skoraj milijon evrov vreden projekt iz sklada Načrt za okrevanje in odpornost (NOO) prejela do 630 tisoč evrov evropskih sredstev. Začetek gradbenih del je predviden jeseni. Z ureditvijo te cone Mestna občina Celje nadaljuje s spodbujanjem gospodarskega razvoja – to bo po EPC Trnovlje jug že druga nova poslovna cona v zadnjem obdobju.

V sklopu urejanja komunalne infrastrukture pri širitvi Ekonomsko poslovne cone Trnovlje – jug je v teh dneh prišlo do prvega večjega premika na terenu. Končana je gradnja prve povezovalne ceste, t. i. ceste E v dolžini 180 metrov. V teh dneh je bila tudi podpisana pogodba z izvajalcem del za gradnjo povezovalne ceste A, ki bo dolga 270 metrov. Obe cesti bosta izboljšali komunikacijo in pretočnost na območju cone in sta osnova za nadaljnje posege, med katere sodi tudi vzpostavljanje zelene infrastrukture.

V sklopu evropskega projekta širitve in ureditve Ekonomsko-poslovne cone Trnovlje – jug se bodo kmalu začela prva gradbena dela. V teh dneh bo uveden v delo izvajalec povezovalne ceste E, kar bo ena od večjih infrastrukturnih gradenj v tem projektu.

Final Building Permit Issued for the Development of EPC Trnovlje – South

The Municipality of Celje has successfully obtained the final building permit for the construction of two connecting roads as part of the EPC Trnovlje – South Development Project. This project is eligible for EU co-financing under the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP). The timely acquisition of the final building permit was a key prerequisite for the implementation of the project and EU co-financing approval.

Signing of the Co-Financing Agreement with MGRT

On December 19, 2022, the Municipality of Celje signed a co-financing agreement with the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology of the Republic of Slovenia (MGRT) for the development and expansion of the Trnovlje – South Economic-Business Zone (EPC Trnovlje – South).
